Foundations of Yin Yoga: An Embodiment of a Slow Practice - 50hr Training
I have partnered with Pura Vida Yoga to offer our Foundations of Yin Yoga Teacher Training, which is designed for yoga teachers who wish to deepen their understanding of this powerful practice and build confidence to share its benefits with others. For this upcoming training, we will keep 3 spots for students who wish to take the training to deepen their own practice and understanding (And who possibly have not. This Yin Yoga Teacher Training is led by Melissa Fraser of Fredericton with assisting instructor Kathryn McCracken (Owner of Pura Vida Yoga) who have thousands of teaching hours combined. I feel very fortunate to be sharing my love, appreciation, and understanding of Yin Yoga; you can expect far more than just theory—it is an embodied experience of Yin itself!
Rooted in ancient wisdom and modern science, this training is designed to take you beyond the surface, guiding you into the deep stillness, surrender, and self-awareness of Yin Yoga. You will not only learn the principles of Yin Yoga but also feel the effects in your body, learn how to integrate them into your life, and emerge as a teacher who can share the practice from a place of deep personal understanding.
Our intention for this training is that this experience will leave you with the confidence, wisdom, and embodiment needed to share this deeply transformative practice with others in a safe and authentic way.
50hrs will consist of 2 weekends and an assignment to be completed in-between weekends.
